Chef Matt is serving up some super auténtico Latin American flavors on our specials menu for Cinco de Mayo.  Here we have the charred POBLANO CHILE stuffed with a savory trio of cheeses – queso fresco, jack, and cheddar.   The mild pepper is charbroiled adding a smoky depth to the flavor of the chile while also melting the delicious cheeses locked inside.  The chile is then plated in a parting sea of red and green salsa.
