‘Tis the season for salads, so Chef Matt has devised this beautifully chromatic BEET & BERRY SALAD for our specials menu this week.  Served with arugula, pickled onions, mint, queso fresco and tossed in a champagne vinaigrette this salad is teeming with textures and flavors.  Healthy and light this dish will leave you pleasantly satisfied without the food guilt!
