A FALL SALAD bursting with Fall Flavors and Colors!

Bright yellows, fiery reds, deep verdant greens are just some of the wonderfully vibrant autumnal colors in this FALL SALAD.

This is a true Chef Matt creation teeming with ample slices of yellow beets, large crumbles of blue cheese, (don’t forget!) bacon, thinly sliced red onion, and fresh spinach.  The salad radiates with bright red ruby-like pomegranate seeds while spiced walnuts add a rich earthiness that complement the high notes of the orange cider vinaigrette.

We can’t think of a more perfect salad for FALL!
