CHEF SEAMUS is taking full advantage of salmon and tomato season with this new appetizer, LOMI LOMI SALMON.
It’s a traditional Hawaiian raw fish salad similar to tuna poke however Lomi Lomi is made with salmon. Our version is made with fresh COHO salmon, vine ripened heirloom tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, coconut vinaigrette and sea salt. The diced salmon is luxuriously tender and has a rich flavor while the red onion and cilantro add spice and a nice crunchy texture. Served with grilled flatbread which we know is not traditionally Hawaiian but is perfect for scooping up nice big bites!
