You’ve had a thousand fish tacos but have you tried an octopus taco?  Come down to PIer 23 Cafe and try Chef Seamus’ latest menu addition.

GRILLED SPANISH OCTOPUS sits atop a corn tortilla brushed with black bean puree.  The black bean is made a little bit more rich and delicious with some bacon fat (of course!). The octopus is lightly charred giving the meat a smoky flavor which is tempered nicely by a fresh vibrant cucumber cilantro salsa.  Slices of cucumber are used in the salsa which gives each bite a nice crunch!
