Josh Blanaru’s Artist Statement : Photography is my way of observing the world- capturing the intangible through light, shadow and form. I am drawn to abstract silhouettes, complex shadows, and accidental patterns that tell a story beyond the obvious. Through my art, I aim to reinterpret the norm, uncovering beauty in the overlooked and revealing mystery in the everyday.

I am a sensory-driven artist with a deep appreciation for the present moment — drawn to the way emotion, environment, and unseen patterns shape perception. My work has been recognized by international juried panels across categories including Abstract, Street, Architecture, and Open though the Minimalist Photography Awards, Teravarna, and Gallery 4%.
